ABOUT TERRE DI TRENTE

TERRE di TRENTE is situated between Mount Etna Volcano and the sea. The terrain nestles like a jewel at an altitude of 450-550 mt. on the northern side of Mount Etna in the ancient village of Linguaglossa.

The total 2 hectares of vineyard are planted with indigenous, 60 year old vines. The “white” clay soil, called “terre bianche”, is unique for this area and imparts its own distinctive personality to the wine.

Besides the vineyards there are hundreds of olive trees from which we make a limited production of “stone crushed” extra virgin olive oil.
